CJ Executive Coaching in London was founded by former corporate finance lawyer, Caroline Johnston. Caroline is an experienced and qualified independent executive and career coach who works with professionals at key stages of their careers. Her individual clients come from a range of international backgrounds and work in sectors including law, finance, advertising, media, retail and not-for-profit.
She is a co-creator of the Visionary Leadership foundation programme for young leaders.
Caroline’s coaching experience includes leadership development, fast tracking future leaders, preparation for partnership or board appointments, parental transition, return to work and career transitions. She has a proven track record of delivering results.
Her interpersonal style is calm, solution seeking, supportive and challenging. She supports her clients to become more self-aware, aware of the impact they have on others and helps them identify their own best options and solutions to the challenges they face. She offers insights and alternative perspectives to help individuals discover what they don’t know they don’t know and unlock hidden potential.
"Caroline really encouraged me to push boundaries when thinking of my future, my aims and my wants. She helped me realise what is truly important to me and identified what steps I need to take to achieve my goals. I found the preparation she did with me before starting a new job has been invaluable and has shaped how I have approached my new role and colleagues."
