CJ Executive Coaching provides one to one bespoke executive coaching programmes for talented individuals at all stages of their careers who want to be the best they can be.
We work with aspirational professionals from across a diverse range of sectors including law, finance, advertising, media, retail, digital, e -commerce, the public sector and not-for-profit.
The executive coaching we offer is a challenging and supportive working partnership between our coach and an individual aimed at maximising their potential and success in the workplace by developing skills, confidence and focus.
As your independent executive coach, we will provide an objective and confidential perspective and serve as a sounding board to try out your thinking. We are totally committed to our client’s professional development. Executive Coaching provides an individual with expanded horizons and a tool-kit of new ways of working with skills and insights that can be applied in the future.
The structure and number of sessions will be agreed at the outset and can be flexible depending on the nature of the assignment and the need to fit around work and other commitments.
Typically, sessions last one or two hours each, are scheduled with the client as part of a programme which can be up to 10-12 hours, over three to six months. Telephone and email support is offered between sessions.
As an independent organisation, CJ Executive Coaching has flexibility to design and adapt programmes to be cost effective, short term or long term, and to complement other programmes which may be offered by an employer organisation.
Coaching programs start with a face-to-face, exploratory meeting to establish whether we can work together and agree objectives and measures of success. There is an opportunity for evaluation and feedback at the end of each session and at the end of the programme.
We work with clients on a one to one basis at their offices, at convenient venues in central London or on Zoom. For individuals based in overseas offices we have the flexibility to work during different time zones.
