Benefits of Executive Coaching for Organisations

Executive coaching provides organisations with an opportunity to invest in talented individuals, enabling them to enhance their performance at an organisational, team and personal level.

  • Greater loyalty and alignment to the business - Investing in an individual’s professional development motivates and aligns them to the organisation’s goals, objectives and values.
  • Heightened retention - One to one professional development, tailored to the issues individuals face at key transition points in their career, enhances employee retention demonstrating the organisation’s commitment to their success.

  • Increased diversity and inclusion - Supporting and promoting women and individuals from diverse economic and social backgrounds is often decisive as they navigate a corporate environment.

  • Developing leaders - Improving performance of potential leaders and developing new ways of working as they adapt to leadership roles.

  • Navigating generational differences - Helping younger generations adapt to corporate culture, learn to receive feedback and understand the demands of a competitive workplace and encouraging managers to mentor and inspire them.

  • Fresh thinking - Offering senior leaders the opportunity to develop new approaches to the way they work with others, introducing clarity and focus to issues they face in day to day management.

  • External coach - Delegating to an external expert and facilitating conversations in a confidential environment outside the internal appraisal system.

Programme Structure

The structure and number of sessions will be agreed at the outset and can be adapted specifically to address the nature of the assignment and the need to fit around work and other commitments.

Typically, sessions last one or two hours each, and are scheduled with the client as part of a programme which can be up to 10-12 hours, over a three to six month period.

Our executive coaching programmes are designed to be flexible and cost-effective, accommodating individual requirements and complementing other professional development programmes offered by an organisation.

Implementation

The organisation will be actively involved in the set-up, monitoring and evaluation of the coaching. All executive coaching programmes finish with a three-way review to assess and measure the overall outcomes of the coaching.

Location

We work with clients on a one to one basis at their offices, at convenient venues in central London or on Zoom. For individuals based in overseas offices we have the flexibility to work during different time zones.

"Caroline was extremely supportive and objective at all times and was excellent.  Setting objectives has really focused my mind and driven ambition. I always walked away from every session feeling more energised and wanting to put into practice what I had learnt."
